While we recommend using a personalized training plan we realize that sometimes personalized coaching does not fit into everyone's budget so we have provided standard plans that you can purchase for a one time fee.  
By purchasing this plan you are confirming that you have read the Terms of Service and Medical Disclaimer.  You also agree that you are in good physical health and have consulted your doctor before using this plan. 
Online Training Plans
All online training plans were created by a USAT Certified Coach and the principles in these plans are based on concepts thought through the certification process so you can be assured that you are getting a well designed plan.  These plans are to be used by the person purchasing them and are not to be shared or transferred to anyone other than the purchaser.  Please note that you will be redirected to the Training Peaks website where they will ask you to sign up for free online service that you will need to view your plan.  Once you have purchased the plan I will load the plan that you have purchased to your account.  If you do not want to sign up for a Training Peaks account please let us know and we will make other arrangements.  Also, if you have any questions or concerns please contact me a tripp@endure3sports.com.
